Admission Process at Beaconhouse Qurum Kindergarten

Beaconhouse School welcomes children from all communities and ability groups. We are currently enrolling children for KG 1 and KG 2 for the academic year 2023-2024
To join our community, please complete the Application Form (make this a link to the form) and take it, together with the supporting documents listed.

Supporting Documents

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate
• A copy of your child’s passport, visa and Oman ID
• A copy of both parents’ passport, visa and Oman ID
• 4 Passport photos of your child
• Copy of the Immunization Record

It is imperative that these documents are either submitted during registration or before the commencement of the next academic year otherwise we will not be able to register your child/children.

If you have just arrived in Oman and you are still waiting for your visa to be processed, we are happy to accept your application whilst you gain these documents.  We will need copies once your visa and Oman ID have been granted.
Your child will be invited to an assessment session at the School / Online.

Whilst your child is being assessed, our team would be delighted to learn more about your needs and interests and to answer any remaining questions that you may have.

We have allocated time slots available where you can be shown around or we can also accommodate you at other times at your request. If you would like to do so, we can arrange for your child to play in their prospective classroom prior to registering so that they can explore their new environment.
