Career counseling at Beaconhouse takes place to help students develop the necessary skills needed to support their career choices and educational pathways.
 
Career counseling helps students discover their;

• Aptitudes and interests
• Strengths and weaknesses
• Career options available as per their interest
• Some alternative career options

Services are provided through:

• Classroom/advisory lessons
• Individual and small group counseling
• Consultation and collaboration with parents and teachers
• Parent presentations and workshops
• Referrals to other school support services or community resources
• The Student Support Services Team and Administration team
• Career Fairs
• Visits from Universities and colleges
• Visits from employers and agencies
